Secretary of the Navy Ray Mabus appointed RADM Jan Tighe as Interim NPS President, Nov. 27, until a permanent president for the university is appointed. Her most recent assignment was on the staff of the Chief of Naval Operations as the Director, Decision Superiority. [view full bio]
Dr. O. Douglas Moses is currently the Vice Provost of Academic Affairs. A graduate of Cornell University, San Diego State University and University of California Los Angeles, where he received his B.A., M.B.A. and Ph.D., respectively. Dr. Moses has served at NPS as an Associate Professor in the Graduate School of Business and Public Policy and Associate Provost for Academic Affairs, an Associate Dean and Associate Chair of Instruction, and as an Academic Associate for Financial Management. Colonel Zoe M. Hale is the Chief of Staff at the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS). She also serves as the Navy Element Commander, the Senior Military Assistant to the NPS President and the senior military officer in the Command. [view full bio]
