
Mr. David Deniger is a retired private equity investor. Over the past 35 years Mr. Deniger has been a Founder, CEO and Portfolio Manager of a number of investment strategies with intuitional investors, high net worth families and major capital sources. Since 1993, Mr. Deniger has been a partner in a series of discretionary private equity funds with Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst and Olympus Partners where he has served as the CEO and General Partner. Combined equity under his management exceeded $50 billion.
During his career, Mr. Deniger has served on a number of Boards of Directors and senior management positions including: Founder and CEO of GE Capital Realty Group (A subsidiary of General Electric Capital Corporation), Minority owner and Board Member of the Texas Rangers Baseball Club (Major League Baseball franchise), Minority owner and Board Member of the Dallas Stars Hockey Team (National Hockey League 1999 Stanley Cup Champions), Minority owner, developer, and Board Member of the Dallas American Airlines Arena ( 18,000 seat home of the Dallas Stars and Dallas Mavericks), Chairman of the Board of Arnold Palmer Golf Management, and Chairman of the Board of Rock Resorts (Luxury Resort Management Company).
Currently Mr. Deniger and his wife reside in Dallas, Texas, and Carmel, California. His current activities include: Chairman of the Board of Hyphen Solutions, Chairman of the Board and General Partner of Calistoga Ranch, Member Board of Directors of the Naval Postgraduate School Foundation, Member Board of Directors of the Monterey Institute of International Studies, Adjunct Professor at the Fisher Graduate School of International Business-Monterey Institute of International Studies and Member of the Board of Directors for Nine Gates School.
