Each Sponsor Table includes tickets for 8 guests. Four additional guests of the NPS Foundation will join your table for a total of 12.

All attendees and all non-US citizens who do not already have base access (active DOD ID card or DBIDS) must submit a base clearance form.

Forms must be legible, and must include both your social security number and another form of identification with the expiration date.
For non-US citizens, include your passport information and your port/date of entry.
Leave block 24 blank.
Submit forms and questions to Sue Moore by October 31.
