Golf tournament players 2019

The America's Heroes Charity Golf Tournament

Since 2005, golfers have traveled from across the country to attend our annual America's Heroes Charity Golf Tournament on two of the most exclusive golf courses on the West Coast. It’s an event you don’t want to miss! Players enjoy 18 spectacular holes of golf with gorgeous coastline views while raising money for wounded veterans and their families.

Tens of thousands of service members have been injured while serving our country. These veterans and their families have made sacrifices due to their commitment to our continued freedom and safety. A combat injury changes a veteran’s life forever, but you can help.

When you register for the tournament, you’re supporting the NPS Foundation, and seven additional organizations focused on helping veterans and wounded-in-action service members. This year's charities include:

  • Naval Postgraduate School Foundation
  • Navy SEAL Foundation
  • Project Sanctuary
  • Semper Fi and America's Fund
  • Special Forces Charitable Trust
  • Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS)
  • Veterans Transition Center - Monterey County
  • Warrior Canine Connection

Recap of the 2020 tournament:

Thank you to all of our sponsors, donors and players. Your combined efforts made the 2020 AHCGT a success. The unusual circumstances of the year required many changes in the event. Seventy-six golfers enjoyed playing at the Monterey Peninsula Country Club, and fifty played at Tehama Golf Club. Dinner was held at each course Monday evening before Tuesday golf; ninety guests were with us for a delicious meal at the split venues. Over $1.5 million was raised to assist wounded-in-action service members, veterans, and active-duty military. In a very challenging year, generosity and support came through in an outstanding way.
